Let us take care of your bag
To fix the charms directly to the handles, we need to have your bag with us. This allows those who already own one of our bags to enjoy these pieces as well. For new purchases, we simply keep the bag for a few extra days after you buy it. Each charm is carefully assembled by hand, ensuring a unique and harmonious piece.

Lead times may vary depending on the number of orders in progress. On average, we need 2 to 4 days to create the charms, depending on the quantity requested.
