We offer basket customization, subject to availability and with adjusted lead times. Depending on the request, a small additional fee may apply.
You can personalize:
Colors: one or several, chosen from our wide range of shades: black, silver, gold, white, light cream, cream, military green, burgundy, dark red, light red, orange, neon orange, mustard, yellow, neon yellow, purple, dark pink, neon pink, light pink, dark purple, navy blue, light blue, turquoise, dark green, neon green, green, apple green…
Size: tiny, mini, small, medium, large, extra-large or oversized. You can refer to our size guide for help.
Handle length: short, standard or long.
Design: solid, strips or checks.

While the artisans do their best to follow your choices, much of their work is guided by instinct and creative freedom. This is what makes each bag truly one of a kind, with its own personality. Some very specific requests may not be possible, explaining complex details can be challenging, especially when we don’t share the same language and some of the women have never been formally schooled. What may feel obvious to us isn’t always so for them.
Production times can vary widely (from 2 weeks to 3 months). If a shipment has just left India, the piece will need to wait for the next one; in some cases, direct shipping from India can be arranged for an additional cost.

Before production begins, full payment for the custom piece is required. Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
