MOKA REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than fourteen days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging. Otherwise, a refund cannot be issued.

Other items that cannot be returned:
*Gift cards
*Custom-made or personalized items
*Discounted items — “imperfect” pieces

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
*Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts (for example, a pouch), for reasons not due to an error on our part.

Damaged items or errors on our part
Please email us a photo of the damaged item along with a brief description at:  moka.mysore@gmail.com, and we will send a similar replacement as soon as possible.
Please note that we keep a limited stock. We will do our very best to replace your order and thank you in advance for your understanding. We cannot guarantee that the exact same item will be available, as each bag is unique and duplicates are very rare. In some cases, a custom remake in India may be arranged, which can take some time.

Please remember that our bags are handmade and may show small imperfections. By purchasing a bag, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted this. We mention this several times, as it is also part of what makes each piece special:
• variations in handles and weaving of the recycled plastic cords (row alignment, color combinations, weaving, finishes, symmetry, cord color), as well as small marks from transport
• loose threads or irregular stitching on the recycled silk pouches

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at moka.mysore@gmail.com and send your item to:

You have 14 days to exchange your item.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the original purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an item valued over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
