Once the package is handed over to the carrier, MOKA cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, thefts, or damages incurred during transit. Any claim must be made directly with the carrier using the tracking number provided.
For international deliveries, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. MOKA cannot be held responsible for delays or blockages related to customs procedures.
Some products, particularly customized items, are manufactured in India and then transported to France.
Delivery times may therefore vary depending on the period, transport, and customs procedures.
As these elements are beyond our control, Moka cannot be held responsible for any extension of delivery times.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return:
the item must be unused
in perfect condition
returned with all its original components (pouch, accessories, etc.)
Any incomplete, damaged, used product or one showing signs of use (odor, dirt, alteration) cannot be refunded.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Handcrafted products
MOKA products are handmade.
Variations may appear (weaving, colors, finishes, slight irregularities). These characteristics are part of artisanal work and are not considered defects.
Damaged items or error
In case of receiving a damaged item or an error, a request must be sent within 48 hours of receipt, with a photo, to: hello@moka-thelabel.com
A solution will be proposed depending on availability. As each piece is unique, an identical replacement cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent.
If the refund is approved, it will be processed via the original payment method within a few days (depending on banking delays).
Exchanges are only possible in case of a defective product or an error.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
It is recommended to use a service with tracking or insurance. Moka cannot guarantee successful receipt of returns.
SILK POUCHES
Looking for a practical touch, I worked with a local tailor to create silk pouches made from recycled sarees, the traditional garment worn by Indian women. These pouches wrap the bag at purchase and can also be placed inside the basket, adding convenience without losing the artisanal charm. Their vibrant colors vary depending on availability, we do our best to match them with your selection, bringing a subtle element of surprise to each order.
