2. Products
MOKA offers handcrafted bags and accessories made in India, primarily using recycled materials.
Many of our pieces are unique or produced in small batches. Because each item is handmade, slight variations in shape, weaving, colour and finishing details may occur.
These variations are part of the character of the product and should not be considered defects.
3. Product Care & Use
Our products are designed for everyday use and should be handled with reasonable care.
MOKA cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse, excessive weight, improper handling or normal wear and tear.
As with many handcrafted products, exposure to water, sunlight, humidity and everyday use may lead to changes in appearance over time, including fading, deformation or colour transfer.
By purchasing a MOKA product, you acknowledge and accept these characteristics.
4. Orders
Orders become final once payment has been successfully completed.
MOKA reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order in the event of suspected fraud, payment issues or other exceptional circumstances.
As many of our products are available in limited quantities, certain orders may occasionally need to be adjusted or cancelled.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in euros (€).
MOKA reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment is required in full at checkout.
All transactions are processed securely through the payment providers used on our website.
6. Shipping
Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days and shipped from Marseille, France.
Estimated delivery times:
France: 2–4 business days
Europe: 2–8 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier.
Once a parcel has been handed over to the carrier, MOKA cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, theft or damage occurring during transit. Any shipping-related claim must be made directly with the carrier using the tracking information provided.
For international deliveries, customs duties, taxes or import fees may be charged by the destination country. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
Some products, particularly custom-made pieces, are produced in India before being shipped to France. As a result, production and delivery times may vary depending on the season, transport conditions and customs procedures.
As these factors are beyond our control, MOKA cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unused
- in perfect condition
- returned with all original elements, including dust bags and accessories
Items that are incomplete, used, damaged or show signs of wear, odours, stains or alterations will not be eligible for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The following items are non-refundable:
- custom-made products
- sale items
- imperfect items sold as such
- special editions
- gift cards
8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item.
Requests should be sent to hello@moka-thelabel.com.
Depending on availability, a solution may be offered. An identical replacement cannot be guaranteed.
9. Custom Orders
Custom-made pieces are created specifically upon request.
Please note that:
production times may vary
certain designs cannot always be reproduced exactly
full payment is required before production begins
Custom-made items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
10. Intellectual Property
All content featured on this website, including images, text, graphics and logos, remains the property of MOKA.
Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
11. Privacy
Any personal information collected through this website is used solely for order processing and customer service purposes.
Your data will never be sold to third parties.
12. Limitation of Liability
MOKA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, use or inability to use its products.
